Phương pháp bê tông:
- Chất lượng bề mặt: (bê tông, gạch, vữa): bề mặt thi công phải sạch, đặc chắc, khô ráo, đồng nhất, không bám dầu mỡ, bụi và các mảnh vỡ bám tạm phải được làm sạch, bề mặt ngang phải nghiêng>1.5%
- Điều kiện thi công:
+ Nhiệt độ bề mặt: tối thiểu là +5 oC và tối đa là 65oC
+ Nhiệt độ môi trường: tối thiểu là +5 oC và tối đa là 50 oC
+ Độ ẩm bề mặt: <= 25%
+ Độ ẩm môi trường: <=85%
Hướng dẫn thi công
Phương pháp thi công/ dụng cụ
- Thi công lớp kết nối bitum lên bề mặt thi công như sau ( chỉ áp dụng cho lớp Sika bituseal T-140 MG đầu tiên): Thi công bằng cọ hoặc ru lô hoặc máy phun áp lực, chờ đến khi bay hơi hoàn toàn. Thời gian chờ phụ thuộc vào nhiệt độ môi trường
- Lớp màng sẽ bám chặt lên bề mặt thi công bằng phương pháp khò hơi nóng sử dụng khí gas. Mở cuộn Sika Bituseal T-140MG và đặt mặt có phủ lớp polyetylene (mặt láng có logo Sika) tiếp xúc với bề mặt thi công. Mở khoảng nửa vòng và khò hơi nóng vào tấm màng cho đến khi lớp polyetylene và bitum chảy và phải đảm bảo rằng bề mặt bị khò hơi nóng của Sika Bituseal T-140 MG chảy và nhỏ thành giọt, và cứ như thế tiếp xúc mở và khò hơi nóng. Đồng thời ép chặt tấm Sika Bituseal T-140 MG lên bề mặt thi công bằng cách dùng ru lô vừa lăn vừa nén chặt. Lặp lại các thao tác trên với các cuộn tiếp theo. Khi nối các tấm Sika Bituseal T-140 MG với nhau thì độ rộng của mối nối tối thiểu là 100mm, các mối nói này phải dùng ru lô ép thật chặt.

- Đọc hướng dẫn thi công Sika Bituseal T-140 MG trước khi tiến hành thao tác tại công trường
- Những người có kinh nghiệm về phương pháp thi công và khéo tay sẽ tốt hơn khi thi công sản phẩm này.
- Các khiếm khuyết phải được khắc phục trong khi khò hơi nóng cho những lớp kết tiếp.
- Độ kín nước phải được kiểm tra ngay sau khi hoàn thiện
